Short Term Accommodation (STA) / Respite

Our STA program offers a refreshing break for participants and their carers. Funded through your NDIS plan (Core Supports or Capacity Building), you can enjoy a stay of up to 14 days at a time. Experience our luxury accommodation, participate in diverse activities, and receive the support you need to relax and recharge.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

For those seeking longer-term arrangements, our SIL services provide a supportive environment to build independence, develop life skills, and enhance community participation. We offer personalized care plans within our comfortable farm setting, helping you live more independently while enjoying all that Respite Resort has to offer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of convenient payment methods for your stay. Guests can pay using major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online transfers. Cash payments are also welcomed at the resort. For added flexibility, we provide contactless payment options to ensure a smooth and easy experience.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to confirm your reservation. The deposit helps us secure your booking and prepare everything for your arrival. The remaining balance can be settled upon check-in. This policy ensures a smooth and reliable experience for all our guests.

When will I be charged for my stay?

You will usually be charged at check-in, unless your booking requires a deposit or prepayment. Any remaining balance can be settled during your stay

Do you accept payment in foreign currency?

Yes, we accept payment in major foreign currencies at the resort. Please note that exchange rates may vary, and any difference will be adjusted at the time of payment. For convenience, we also recommend using credit or debit cards, which are processed in your home currency.
